Processing & Carrier Details:
We strive to ship all orders within 2-4 business days of purchase. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. All packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the best available shipping option.

Free Shipping (U.S. Only):
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts are applied). This offer applies to U.S. orders only.

International & Canadian Shipping:
International orders ship within 2-4 business days and typically arrive within 7-21 days, depending on customs processing and freight delays. We use DHL and other international carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

At checkout, all shipping costs, customs duties, and VAT taxes are calculated and paid upfront—so there are no additional fees upon delivery.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love every item you receive from Cozy Alchemy! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date.

• A $7.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless you are processing an exchange.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
• International orders (outside the U.S.) are not eligible for returns due to customs regulations.
